Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Payments received are considered final. No refunds will be issued. Please give 48 hours notice in the event you need to reschedule your session. This allows another client on the wait list to take your appointed time. Due to the high demand for Natalie's services, we cannot guarantee your rescheduled appointment will fall within the preferred dates/times your wanting. If you do not give 48 hours notice, your request will be considered a new appointment and will be subject to standard scheduling procedure.
